We’re looking for a Digital Experience Manager to take ownership of a large-scale B2B website — shaping the strategy, improving performance, and ensuring the experience drives real commercial impact.
You’ll lead the roadmap, work closely with marketing, brand and growth teams, and make sure the website supports demand generation across multiple markets.
What you’ll be doing
* Own the website and digital experience strategy
* Define and deliver a roadmap focused on performance and conversion
* Lead CRO and experimentation across key journeys
* Use data, user insight and testing to improve UX and engagement
* Oversee content structure, governance and SEO alignment
* Manage development teams, agencies and platform performance
* Ensure the site is scalable, secure and high-performing
* Bring in new tools and AI where they add real value
What you’ll bring
* Experience leading B2B website strategy and performance at scale
* Strong understanding of UX, CRO and digital analytics
* Proven track record of improving conversion and user experience
* Confidence working with developers, agencies and senior stakeholders
* Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and web technologies
* A commercial, data-led mindset
