Your main focus will be ensuring the patient has a great customer service experience at every visit as well as ensuring the clinician is effectively supported chair side. Alongside this you will carry our decontamination procedures in line with CQC compliance.As a Nurse Mentor, you will provide advice, support and guidance to the Trainee Dental Nurses working closely with the Lead Dental Nurse. You will ensure they are supported to progress with their studies to become a fully qualified Dental Nurse.
