About the Role:
We are seeking talented Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (native French speakers) to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will focus on outreach to target accounts to identify qualified sales opportunities and schedule discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
* Make 30+ phone calls daily, including social messages, emails, and follow-ups to develop pipeline opportunities within target accounts.
* Introduce HighRadius products to potential customers through strategic account identification and outbound outreach via cold prospecting.
* Follow up on inbound leads, articulate value propositions, handle objections, and build relationships.
* Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate sales cycles and expand reach into target accounts.
* Work with marketing to ensure inbound campaigns are integrated with other efforts for a seamless customer experience.
* Learn about clients’ financial supply chain processes and challenges.
Qualifications:
* Fluency in French (C2) is mandatory.
* At least 2 years of experience in business development with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
