A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed person to lead our Day Treatment Unit for a period of 3 months.
Our beautifully renovated unit has 17 treatment chairs and a number of side rooms and consultation rooms. It is a busy unit which provide treatments and services for a number of specialities.
The successful candidate will be fundamental with ensuring our Day Unit delivers the highest quality of care to our patients and should uphold and embody our Trusts' THRIVE values. The post holder must be dynamic, creative and ideally have experience in a Day Unit setting.

Main duties of the job
Main duties to include the overall running of the Unit to ensure quality care is delivered to our patients. The ideal candidate would be focused, driven and supportive.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and well organised.
The successful candidate should lead by example ensuring excellent standards of care are delivered to our patients, developing the team to ensure they reach their full potential and ensuring quality and safety metrics are monitored.
