An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified B2 Licensed Avionics Engineer to join a well-established and expanding maintenance operation based in Northampton. This site serves as the central hub for heavy maintenance activities, supporting a diverse fleet of VIP and Air Ambulance aircraft, including AW109 and AW169 variants, both at base and nearby line stations.
As part of a collaborative engineering team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining aircraft to the highest standards, ensuring continued airworthiness and compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine, unscheduled, and modification maintenance on aircraft.
Carry out line maintenance, AOG support, and defect rectification tasks as required.
Promote a strong safety culture and uphold quality standards within the engineering team.
Requirements:
Valid UK CAA Part 66 B2 Licence.
Proven experience with avionics systems in either rotary-wing or fixed-wing aircraft.
Full UK driving licence.
