A growing, forward-thinking business operating within the renewable energy and process industry is seeking to expand its engineering team. This is a senior, hands-on role within a small site team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of key plant equipment. You will play a critical part in maintaining operations, supporting plant efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and process equipment across the plant
* Carry out inspections, servicing, and fault finding to ensure continuous operation
* Manage maintenance schedules, records, and spare parts
* Provide on:call support for breakdowns and critical issues
* Lead improvement projects and support ongoing plant upgrades
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven maintenance experience within an industrial or process-driven environment
* Background in sectors such as energy, waste, agriculture, water treatment, or food manufacturing is advantageous
* Hands-on experience with fault finding and maintaining complex plant systemsExperience managing maintenance systems, schedules, and contractors
* Strong focus on minimising downtime and improving plant performance
