Contract Manager – Facilities Maintenance
We’re working with a leading FM provider seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a key hard services contract in Cardiff.
Role Overview:
Day-to-day management of a multi-site FM contract
Lead, develop and support engineering teams
Full responsibility for P&L and contract performance
Maintain client relationships, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved
Drive compliance with health & safety and statutory requirementsCandidate Profile:
Proven experience in facilities maintenance contract management
Strong financial and commercial understanding
Background in mechanical/electrical services preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skillsPackage:
£50,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
