Job Overview
Only staff currently employed by Hywel Dda University Health Board may apply for this secondment interim role lasting until 31 March 2027. Approval for the secondment must be obtained from the current manager prior to application.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development of standards and protocols to strengthen CAMHS provision at the Primary Care level.
* Oversee the day‑to‑day operational management of the Primary Mental Health & Schools in‑Reach Team.
* Ensure timely and efficient delivery of assessments and interventions in compliance with Part One of the Welsh Government Mental Health (Wales) Measures 2010.
* Provide consultations, training and liaison activities within Schools In‑Reach.
* Demonstrate up‑most quality of service delivery, safeguarding children and young people, and maintain responsibility for clinical and managerial supervision.
* Record personal development reviews and training needs, and ensure mandatory compliance.
* Work collaboratively to support transformation aligned with the 10‑year strategy, overcoming challenges during periods of change.
