* Salary: £25,200 to £31,800
* Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (2x a week in the office)
* Contract: Permanent/Full Time (35 hours per week)

About The Role
We are modernizing our systems and seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dynamic Senior Assessment Operations Coordinator to support our growth and improve our services. Reporting to a line manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of critical processes.
* Planning for peak periods, sessions, and projects, and reviewing outcomes.
* Recording, investigating, and mitigating risks and issues.
* Supporting team engagement, wellbeing, and performance through ongoing conversations.
* Building strong relationships internally and externally to ensure successful exam delivery.
* Leading bi-annual reviews of documentation to ensure compliance and clarity.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator with high attention to detail, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines. You should also be passionate about empowering others and fostering mutual respect.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with customer service experience.
* Ability to follow and improve documented processes.
* Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work independently under pressure.
