You’ll be joining a dynamic and diverse team working across architecture, interior design, urban design, and branding. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for managing digital information across multiple high-profile projects, ensuring everything is recorded, distributed, and stored to the highest standards. You’ll be supported by a wider digital team and report to a Senior QA Document Controller.

Key Responsibilites
* Set up and manage Common Data Environments (CDEs) across multiple projects
* Maintain project protocols in line with ISO standards and QA processes
* Liaise with design teams and external consultants to ensure smooth information exchange
* Attend project meetings and provide training/support to teams on EDMS tools
* Create and update information delivery plans and registers
* Manage and monitor all incoming/outgoing documentation, ensuring timely reviews and approvals
* Support ISO audits and assist teams with digital file organisation as needed
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role within the architecture or design industry
* Proficient in BIM360, SharePoint, and MS Office (especially Excel)
* Familiarity with EDMS systems such as Aconex, Asite, or Viewpoint
* Solid understanding of ISO 19650 and RIBA work stages
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Confident working across multiple projects and ensuring protocols are upheld
* Bonus if you have knowledge of Autodesk Revit or ACC Design Collaboration
