Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Aylesbury – hybrid working (typically one day in the office and four WFH).

Employment type: Initially a Fixed Term Contract until the end of 2025, covering a long-term absence. We’ll consider either full or part-time hours.

Salary: Starting from £40k + c.20% annual bonus.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who’s passionate about finding and hiring top talent. You won’t just fill roles—you’ll help shape the future of our team and make sure we bring in people who are as excited about GIS as we are.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

* Develop and execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy to meet business growth objectives.
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and candidate assessments.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, from sourcing to offer management.
* Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, employer branding, and partnerships (e.g., universities, tech communities).
* Optimise recruitment processes for efficiency, diversity, and candidate experience.
* Leverage data and insights to track hiring metrics and improve strategies.
* Champion Esri UK’s employer brand, promoting our culture and values to candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within tech, or a related industry.
* Strong expertise in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, talent pools).
* Experience hiring technical roles (e.g., software engineers, GIS specialists) is a plus.
* Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Passion for employer branding and creating an inclusive hiring process.
