Key Responsibilities: Assist with preparing and processing royalty statements across various income streams, including streaming, downloads, and physical sales. Maintain and update record label catalogues and releases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Process incoming royalty data and payments from third-party partners. Support the team in calculating and distributing royalties to artists, songwriters, and producers. Help resolve discrepancies related to royalties and payment allocations. Ensure compliance with recording and publishing contracts. Assist with audits, data analysis projects, and internal reporting. About You: Numerically strong with high attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with large data sets and proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with pivot tables and Power Query is a plus!). Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. A genuine interest in the music industry! Previous experience in a royalties or record label environment is a plus, but not essential.
