* Full commercial management of projects from procurement through to final accounts
* Cost control, budget forecasting, and internal reporting
* Overseeing pricing and cost management
* Managing early warnings and estimating
* Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of roads, drainage, and surfacing
* Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc Hons) or equivalent
* HNC/HND in Construction or Civil Engineering considered
* In-depth NEC contract knowledge
