There is opportunity in this role to progress into recruitment for various sectors if desired, as our Recruitment Consultants have done.
The Administrator will provide assistance to Recruitment Consultants and responsibilities will include;
Work closely with the Recruitment consultants on specific roles
Carrying out database searches
Carrying out searches on the back office of job sites and LinkedIn
Completing initial screening interviews with candidates
Assisting with updating our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
Answering the phone, directing calls and taking messages
Managing & updating the candidate database
General Admin duties
The Administrator must be highly motivated with excellent organisation and communication skills. They must also be confident in their own abilities with a good work ethic and the ability to use own initiative and think outside of the box.
