The Role:
We’re seeking a Senior 360 Talent Consultant with a proven track record in the Data & AI talent space. This is a high-performance, client-facing role that combines business development, talent sourcing, and relationship management in a 360 capacity. The right candidate will have a sales and winning mentality, a passion for the industry, and a commitment to delivering a super slick, tailored service.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Drive new business opportunities through face-to-face engagement, networking, and community involvement.
6. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Data & AI roles, from sourcing to placement.
7. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
8. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and the talent market to present tailored solutions.
9. Organise and participate in events and community engagement activities to strengthen our brand and network.
10. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within client and candidate partnerships.
11. Collaborate closely with the team to continuously evolve our service offerings and market approach.
12. Deliver excellent candidate experience and maintain high service standards.
13. Embrace continuous improvement through kaizen principles, and work with purpose driven by ikigai.
