Mobile Carpenter - Commercial Portfolio – East London & London - £39,000 per annum + Package
CBW is currently recruiting for a mobile carpenter to look after a mixed portfolio of buildings across London with a focus on the East London area for a leading FM Service Provider. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and career progression.
Hours of work & Package
* Basic Salary of up to £39,000
* Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week
* Paid travel time after 30 mins each way
* Call out 1 in 6, £150 standby allowance
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
* Painting & Decorating
* Basic lighting
* Carpentry and plumbing
* Fixing Furniture
* Hanging Pictures & Shelves
* Maintain and update Log books
* Assist the maintenance team on site
* Escort sub-contractors
* To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks, making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.
Requirements
* Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent
* Be able to obtain a DBS
* Sound level of administration and organisational skills
* General Building Maintenance
* Multi-Skilled
* Work overtime when required
