Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is from Neuburg, while Hinwil develops the chassis and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on developing and testing key components that enhance power unit performance and contribute to competitiveness.
This position is available starting January 1, 2026.
Your Mission
* Supporting the head of the ERS department as an interface between development departments and the workshop
* Supporting planning, coordination, and implementation of ERS development projects
* Assisting in budget planning for ERS projects
* Supporting cross-departmental testing and deployment planning for ERS components
* Coordinating assembly planning with responsible components and workshop teams
* Participating in process and method optimization
* Analyzing technical data and preparing progress reports
* Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Your Profile
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive systems development, especially in project management or coordination
* Development experience with electric drive systems in motorsport or similar environments
* Strong organizational skills and team spirit
* Analytical thinking and structured working approach
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies with high commitment
* Proficiency in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language
