The Role: As Assistant SENCO, you will work with the Strategic Leadership Team to raise achievement for pupils facing significant barriers to education.

Specialist Intervention: Lead and model best practices for staff working with complex SEMH needs.

Assessment and Tracking: Analyse data to set challenging, achievable individual targets.
*
Collaborative Leadership: Work with parents, carers, and multi:agency partners to ensure holistic support.
*
Strategic Support: Assist in whole:school self:review and development planning.
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Holds QTS teaching qualification.
* UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle as travel between 5 sites expected.
*
Proven track record with SEMH and SEN pupils.
*
Excellent communicator able to engage hard:to:reach students.
