Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of a full time, Band 4, Lead Administrator for the South Derbyshire Living Well Team.
Please note this is a 6 month secondment, but may become substantive, you must seek approval from your current line manager before applying.
The post holder will provide high level, comprehensive administrative support to the Living Well Team in Swadlincote to assist with the planning, design and delivery of the project.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be liaising with a wide variety of people, services and organisations, both internal to the Trust and from numerous external organisations.
It is Trust policy that for posts that are for a time limited period, applicants who are currently employed by an NHS organisation will only be appointed on a secondment basis and should have approval from their line manager this is possible before applying. Applicants who are not employed by an NHS organisation, will receive a fixed term contract.
Main duties of the job
The successful post holder will need the ability to deal with complex information and to have excellent IT skills to be able to create, develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases and other electronic systems to capture and maintain overall accurate project data.
We are looking for an individual who can manage their day- to-day workload with limited supervision, is able to act on their own initiative and who is able to cope with working to tight and multiple deadlines, in a constantly changing environment.
The post holder will have administrative responsibility for supporting the delivery of a flexible, responsive local service, taking forward a Living Well Integrated Pathway in South Derbyshire.
The post holder will need access to car/public transport if required to be at different locations on different days.
There may also be some home-working involved.

Essential criteria
12. Educated to or working towards NVQ Level 3 or above in care or equivalent qualification/training
13. RSA III Typewriting / Word Processing (or equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience).
14. A portfolio of relevant training/ short courses appropriate to post.

15. Audio typing experience.
