Your new company Head of Finance – WatfordSalary: £95,000–£115,000 + Bonus + BenefitsLocation: Watford office basedThe RoleWe are seeking a Head of Finance to lead the UK finance function, driving strategic growth and ensuring robust governance across a regulated environment. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to the UK Managing Director and partnering closely with global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting.
* Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
* Lead internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
* Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.
* Partner with operations, commercial, and supply chain to optimise profitability.
What We’re Looking For
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
* Proven track record in senior finance leadership, ideally in pharma or manufacturing.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to lead change and implement process improvements.
