Role: Room Attendant at The Imperial - New Opening Hotel

40 Hours (5 Days out of 7 days weekly rota)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail‑driven, hardworking Room Attendant to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll ensure rooms are spotless, welcoming and maintained to the highest standards, supporting the wider housekeeping team in creating a comfortable stay for every guest.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and amenities.
Work from daily room lists, arrivals and departures, completing every task to a consistent standard.
Carry out seasonal tasks such as mattress turning, curtain cleaning and deep‑clean duties.
Report maintenance issues promptly and log all defects correctly.
Handle guest laundry, lost property and room supplies in line with procedures.
Fulfil guest requests politely, professionally and promptly.
Maintain your service area, equipment and trolley to required standards.
Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene and manual‑handling procedures.
Who You Are:
Experience in cleaning roles (domestic, industrial or hotel).
Able to communicate in English at CEFR A1 level.
High attention to detail, positive attitude and pride in personal presentation.
Bonus: customer service experience, COSHH or Health & Safety awareness.
