* Manage contractor performance and supply chain delivery
* Develop and maintain project budgets, cashflow forecasts, and cost reports
* Manage change control and protect project margins
* Identify and mitigate commercial and delivery risks
* Challenge technical assumptions, construction sequencing, and site access constraints
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and project governance requirements
Essential:
* Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Process or similar)
* Experience delivering complex capital projects (£5m+) within live industrial or manufacturing environments
* Experience across planning, construction, and commissioning phases
* Strong commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting, and change management
* Experience managing contractors and running tender processes
* Ability to review and challenge technical designs and contractor proposals
* Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
* Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
* Clear communication skills and strong risk awareness
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in delivering technically complex, high-value energy infrastructure projects that directly support industrial decarbonisation. You'll work across a diverse project portfolio while building long-term career progression within a growing, purpose-driven business.
