Summary: Responsible for maintaining and repairing Xerox Production Printers, with basic troubleshooting of networking and operating systems issues.
Purpose: Working remotely, you will resolve hardware and software issues, liaising closely with clients to ensure satisfaction. You will also manage workload and costs in line with business targets and guidelines.
Scope:
* Deliver technical service to customers as directed by the business or line manager.
* Coordinate with internal teams such as the scheduling team and line manager.
* Maintain relationships with customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Perform service activities, repairs, retrofits, and maintenance on Xerox High Volume Production Printers.
* Install and deinstall Xerox Production Printers.
* Escalate technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
* Identify and communicate additional business opportunities.
* Share technical information proactively with colleagues.
* Manage client relationships to enhance satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
* Experience in a field-based service role.
* Proficiency in English.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Electrical qualifications/skills.
* Experience with diagnostic tools such as multimeters.
* Customer-focused approach.
* Knowledge of computers, networks, data communication, and color theory.
