Job Title: Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard)
Location: Carlisle - The Sands Centre and Trinity Leisure Centre
GLL is seeking Lifeguards to work at the Carlisle Partnership, specifically at The Sands Centre and Trinity Leisure Centre.

Your passion for swimming and excellent customer service will be evident when supervising pool users and supporting the team in maintaining cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
* A positive, can-do attitude
* Strong focus on customer service
* Passion and personable nature
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures
* Team player mentality
* Ideally, hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ); if not, training can be provided following a successful swim test.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in regular pool rotations
* Supervise and maintain the cleanliness of the pool area
* Set up equipment for activities
* Provide first-class customer service
* Handle customer queries
* Assist with preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls for activities and general centre upkeep when not poolside
