Digital Marketing Assistant (12 month FTC)
Salary - £30,000
Location - West London, Hybrid (3 days in office)
We're partnering with a leading consumer brand who are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join their team on a 12 month FTC. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in social, search, or affiliate marketing who’s eager to expand their expertise across multiple digital channels.
The Role
You’ll be involved in the planning, delivery, and optimisation of campaigns across paid search, paid social, and affiliate networks. You’ll also support reporting, coordinate creative asset delivery, and stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Support paid media activity across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
* Assist with affiliate marketing, including partner research, onboarding, and performance tracking.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and share actionable insights to improve ROI.
* Conduct keyword research, test ad copy, and optimise landing pages.
* Prepare reports and presentations tracking KPIs and campaign success.
* Liaise with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
What They’re Looking For
* Some experience in digital marketing, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
* Familiarity with advertising platforms and affiliate networks (e.g., AWIN, Rakuten, CJ).
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
* Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
* An interest in fashion, footwear, or the e-commerce space is an advantage.
