File Reviewer – Fully Remote – £50,000 – 9-Month FTC (Potential to Extend or Become Permanent)Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a leading UK-wide financial advice business to recruit a File Reviewer. This 9-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend or become permanent) offers a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company. You’ll review adviser client files – with a focus on investments and pensions – ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company standards, while providing constructive feedback and coaching to support positive client outcomes.Benefits Package includes:

Key Responsibilities:
* Review investment and pension advice cases to ensure suitability, compliance, and adherence to FCA regulations.
* Provide constructive feedback and coaching to advisers to improve file quality and client outcomes.
* Manage remedial actions where non-compliance is identified, ensuring timely resolution.
* Work closely with the business to uphold Consumer Duty standards and share best practice.
* Maintain accurate records and produce management information to monitor and manage regulatory risks.
* Keep up to date with regulatory changes and ensure knowledge is maintained through CPD.
Required Skills and Experience:
* QCA Level 4 (or equivalent) qualification – essential.
* Proven experience in reviewing investment and pension advice cases.
* Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements, particularly FCA regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive discussions positively.
* Well organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively.
* IT literate, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
