This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a sales environment, and wants to guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives. You’ll be the face of the development, supporting buyers from first enquiry right through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers to site and deliver a warm, professional sales experience
* Guide buyers through the full new‑build sales journey
* Convert enquiries and viewings into reservations
* Manage CRM records, follow up leads, and maintain accurate documentation
* Work closely with site teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
* Represent the developer with confidence, professionalism, and personality
