Greet customers and manage vehicle drop-offs and collections efficiently
Accurately record customer requests and vehicle details
Communicate effectively with workshop teams regarding job requirements
Keep customers informed on vehicle status throughout the day
Obtain authorisation for additional work and produce detailed estimates
Prepare and present customer invoices and related paperwork
Explain repair work and recommend additional services such as service plans and warranties
Upsell relevant products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat businessRequirements for the Service Advisor:
Proven experience working as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
IT literate; familiarity with DMS systems such as Pinnacle DMS is preferred but not essential
Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled in upselling and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple customer appointments efficiently
