Electrical Project ManagerTorbay, Devon £60,000 – £65,000 Package
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a growing team delivering infrastructure projects across the Torbay and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially aware professional with a strong electrical background and proven experience managing large-scale M&E schemes from inception through to completion.
The Role
1. Managing electrical packages on infrastructure and medium- large scale construction projects
2. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
3. Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
4. Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders
5. Overseeing programme delivery, quality control, and compliance
Requirements
6. Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager
7. Strong infrastructure and/or major projects background
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills
9. Commercial awareness and programme management experience
10. Relevant electrical qualifications
11. SMSTS and CSCS preferred
Desirable
12. Previous NHS or healthcare project experience would be highly advantageous
