D365 Reporting & Analytics Business Partner | Hounslow Based (Hybrid Working) | £60,000 to £70,000 + Bonus

We're looking for a strategic, hands‑on Reporting & Analytics Business Partner with specialities in D365 F&O, to lead business reporting and analytics, designing scalable models, dashboards, and KPI reports that give leadership teams the tools to make smarter, faster decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver reporting and analytics across key functional areas
* Develop reports to support ERP implementation and beyond
* Develop scalable analytical models
* Ensure sustainability and scalability of reporting models
* Partner with business users to identify critical questions and deliver actionable insights
* Play a key role in embedding analytics into business culture
Key Skills
* Strong track record in business analytics, reporting, and insight delivery
* Expert in Power BI and SQL for data extraction, modelling, and interpretation
* Experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) is essential
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
* Collaborative and inquisitive, with the confidence to lead high‑profile projects and engage stakeholders across multiple levels
* Willingness to travel across Europe for projects and collaboration
