Contract: 12-month fixed term with the potential to become permanent
Salary: £34,000 pro rata (£25 hours per week, approximately 3.5 days)
I am working with a Harrogate-based client who are recruiting for an Operations and Administration Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of their business. This is a varied role combining administration, customer engagement, marketing support, and basic CRM management.
As part of a small organisation with a social purpose, you will play a key role in ensuring everything runs efficiently, supporting schools and teachers, and contributing to the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general administrative support and maintain accurate CRM records
2. Schedule training sessions and prepare supporting documents
3. Create, proofread, and format educational resources and website content
4. Respond to teacher enquiries and provide ongoing support
5. Onboard new schools and lead basic online training sessions
6. Monitor school usage and feedback, identifying improvements
7. Help attract and retain school customers
8. Support social media content creation and scheduling
9. Assist with newsletters, campaigns, and website updates
10. Contribute ideas for community-building events and content
11. Represent the organisation at selected education conferences
Skills & Experience:
12. Degree educated, with excellent literacy and written communication skills
13. Strong organisational and administrative abilities with exceptional attention to detail
14. Confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner
15. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
16. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
17. Genuine interest in education and technology
18. Able to work in Harrogate at least two days per week
