We are seeking Experienced Substance Misuse Recovery Workers to assist vulnerable young people and adults affected by drug and alcohol addiction. These opportunities are available across several locations, including Portsmouth, Southampton and Worthing. This is a temporary position offering flexible hours and excellent career prospects.
The Role
* Provide support to individuals actively using substances or in recovery
* Manage client caseloads and implement personalised recovery plans
* Apply a trauma-informed, compassionate approach
* Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary professionals
* Support clients in their homes or within supported living services
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in substance misuse, addiction, or mental health services
* Excellent communication and boundary-setting skills
* Emotional resilience and safeguarding knowledge
* Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour
