The Role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join our growing team and spearhead sales efforts in the London market. You will be responsible for driving new business revenue by selling Servient's sophisticated AI and e-Disclosure solutions directly to law firms.
The ideal candidate is a strategic seller who understands the challenges facing modern legal practices and can articulate the compelling value proposition of our technology to key decision-makers, from Litigation Partners to e-Disclosure Managers and IT leaders.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, target, and prospect new sales opportunities within the UK law firm market.
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and qualification to product demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closing deals.
* Develop a deep understanding of the Servient product suite (e-Disclosure, Legal Research, AI Workflows) and the dispute resolution process.
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
* Articulate how Servient's AI-powered solutions solve specific client challenges related to e-Disclosure, case strategy, and legal research.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target firms.
* Represent Servient at industry events, conferences, and networking functions in London.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
* 2-5 years of successful, quota-carrying experience selling SaaS or complex technology solutions to the legal market.
* A proven track record of selling directly to law firms and navigating their unique procurement processes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior partners and technical buyers.
* A self-starting, motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred (A big plus):
* Direct experience selling e-Disclosure (e-Discovery) platforms or services.
* Experience selling AI-based products, particularly in the context of dispute resolution or legal practice.
* An existing network of contacts within the London law firm community.
