As a Senior Support Worker, you ll not only support individuals day-to-day you ll also lead by example, coach your team, and help ensure we provide high-quality, person-centred care that makes a real difference, while also providing guidance and support to your fellow Support Workers. Responsible for Key Accountabilities Every day is different, but your role focuses on empowering independence, choice, and dignity: Providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals, including personal care when needed Leading by example and acting as a role model to Support Workers Supporting with rota planning, shift coordination, and day-to-day service management in the absence of a Manager Assisting with supervisions, mentoring new staff, and supporting training delivery Promoting health, wellbeing, and safety across the service Supporting people to manage medication, attend appointments, and build life skills Encouraging participation in activities that bring enjoyment, purpose, and connection Ensuring accurate records, safeguarding practices, and compliance with policies and procedures Our values guide everything we do: we re diverse and inclusive, kind and compassionate, positive and solution-focused, and visionary about what the best life possible can look like.
