Job Opportunity: Discharge Support Team Member at Raigmore Hospital
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and suitably experienced person to join Raigmore Hospital's Discharge Support Team. The team plays a central role in ensuring efficient patient flow from the acute hospital.
The successful candidate will enjoy being part of a dynamic and busy team where multidisciplinary working and effective communication are key.
Candidate Requirements
1. Significant experience in working with people is essential.
2. Excellent communication skills are required.
3. Good IT skills are advantageous.
4. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and using own initiative is necessary.
5. A full current UK driving licence is required, preferably with C1/D1 held for a minimum of 2 years, with a maximum of 3 points.
