Overview

Join Price Bailey as a Benefits Coordinator. We provide exciting opportunities for training, personal growth and career engagement. Responsibilities

* Managing the company car fleet including assisting with new car orders, processing insurance claims and penalties, sending company car newsletters and creating reports.
* Overseeing the private medical cover scheme, organising contract renewals and new additions, sending private medical newsletters and creating reports.
* Arranging insurance renewals and assisting with claims.
* Organising fire awareness and fire warden training.
* Organising healthcare benefits such as free flu vaccinations and eye tests.
* Overseeing the pool van and car including managing company and personal bookings, organising service visits and repairs.
* Arranging display screen equipment assessments and organising any workstation equipment.


Qualifications

What experience do I need? While having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

* Experience working in an administration role in a professional office environment (minimum criteria).
* Knowledge of company car fleets (minimum criteria).
* Comfortable communicating with internal and external contacts.
* Good planning and time management skills.
* Proficient with MS Office applications.
