The Role – Residential Cleaner Pinnacle Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cleaner to join our cleaning team in Crosland Moor,Huddersfield We are looking for 2 x cleaners to work Monday to Friday Cleaner 1 10.30am – 2pm (17 ½ hrs ) Cleaner 2 2pm - 5pm (15hrs) Duties/Key Responsibilities To provide professional cleaning services to our client to a high standard at all times by completing all aspects of cleaning across the building which includes Damp & spot mopping, Damp dust /polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings Vacuuming of carpeted areas including barrier matting Cleaning of internal glazing within easy reach Cleaning toilets facilities, hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces. Removal of waste from internal litter bins Deep cleaning where specified Clinical clean as required Cleaning in communal areas (stairs & Landings) Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations. Ensure supplies and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements. Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors Skills Required You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service. Good timekeeping and attendance are both essential. Knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety legislation is desired Good communication skills Resilience under pressure Ability to work to laid down schedules. Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative Obligation to adhere to safe working practices and ensure due consideration is given to the safety of the residents and the public Please Note : As this role will involve working in Extra Care Facilities, confirmation of appointment will be subject to completion of a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
