The role of Gas Engineerwill include:
1. Carry out installation, fault fixing, maintenance duties, installation and commissioning of gas central heating systems, in accordance with contract and service specifications
2. Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications
3. Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures and budgets
4. Resolve problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed, in line with agreed processes and within contract and service specifications
Skills and experiences:
5. To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, Unvented - G3 Certificate, Water Regulations (WRAS)- or currently undertaking the qualification. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted
6. Experience of servicing and repairing boilers
7. The ability to work alone on a variety of different boiler types and systems
8. Have a proactive approach to health and safety, creating a safe environment for all
9. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

20. £42,847 per annum (rising to £45,102 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
