Job Title: QHSE Manager Location: Liverpool (North West) Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on and proactive QHSE Manager to join a leading manufacturing organisation in the North West. This is a high-profile role overseeing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. The successful candidate will report directly to senior management and play a key role in maintaining and improving standards across the business. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage quality systems including FMEA, Control Plans, and SOPs. * Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions. * Develop and deliver health & safety training, including Toolbox Talks. * Monitor environmental impact and ensure legal compliance in waste management, emissions, and emergency procedures. * Maintain and audit housekeeping standards in line with 5S principles. What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a QHSE or Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safety, HACCP Level 4, NVQ in relevant field. * Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing quality and safety processes. * Proactive, hands-on approach with excellent leadership and communication skills.
