We're looking for an experienced, driven, and personable New Client Advisor to lead the charge in growing our Estate Agency and lettings business.
At Umega, we're building a modern, customer-focused estate agency and lettings business — and you'll be at the very heart of it. Your core mission? Win new instructions and build lasting relationships with sellers and landlords. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, delivering compelling valuations and confident pitches that set us apart. After that, you'll guide your clients through the process — supported by a fantastic in-house team who will handle marketing, viewings, negotiation, and admin.

What You'll Be Doing
* Taking ownership over both new sales and lettings leads quickly and delivering persuasive, professional valuations and pitches
* Winning business — with a focus on estate agency instructions, while also converting new landlord leads
* Owning and driving your properties through your pipeline, maintaining strong relationships from instruction through to completion or tenancy
* Working closely with internal teams (Coordinators, Negotiators, Administrators, Marketing) to ensure a smooth, high-quality journey
* Sharing market insights with the wider team to help shape how we grow our sales and lettings offering

* You have proven experience winning instructions and working in a client-facing sales role
* You're confident, ambitious, and comfortable leading sales conversations
* You're a natural communicator who earns trust quickly and represents your company with integrity

* You're happy to guide a support team, delegate tasks effectively, and keep everyone aligned
* You bring energy, ideas, and a focus on growing the business, not just maintaining it
* Experience in lettings is a bonus — or you're ready to learn this side of the industry

This is a full-time, permanent role with a Monday-Friday schedule, although from time-to-time you may be required to work outside normal hours to fulfil the needs of the business.
