The Role
As an Event Steward, you’ll play a key role in keeping events safe, organised and running smoothly. You’ll be the face of the event, helping attendees while ensuring safety procedures are followed.
This is a customer-focused role, ideal for confident and approachable individuals.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming and assisting members of the public
* Checking tickets and directing attendees
* Monitoring crowd movement and reporting concerns
* Supporting safety procedures and event operations
* Providing clear information and guidance to visitors
* Working closely with security teams and supervisors
What We’re Looking For
* Friendly, approachable and professional attitude
* Good communication skills
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work in busy environments
* Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
* No SIA licence required (but beneficial)
