· Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome.
· Take customer orders and answer any questions about the menu.
· Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
· Prepare food and beverages in line with food hygiene and health and safety standards.
· Food and beverage preparation to be high quality to meet customer requirements.
· Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks to specified recipe standards.
· Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including tables, chairs, and dining area.
· Process customer payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
· Assist with opening and closing procedures for the cafe, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
· Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
