What Youll Be Doing As a Recruitment Assistant, youll play a key role in supporting our consultants and running of daily operations. Your duties will include: Assisting consultants with administration and compliance tasks Sourcing candidates for numerous varied contracts Screening and shortlisting applicants Supporting the candidate registration process Maintaining accurate records and databases Building positive relationships with candidates and clients What Were Looking For Strong communication and people skills Good attention to detail and organisational ability Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new systems A professional, positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn Previous experience of working in a process orientated role e.g., banking or auditing.
