The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive (Structural Warranties) to join our team at Global Home Warranties Ltd. In this role, you will drive business growth and development across your assigned locations. Your key responsibilities include raising the profile of Global Home Warranties, identifying new business opportunities within the structural insurance warranty market, and securing projects through strong customer relationships. As a brand ambassador, you will consistently promote our company values and ethos. You will have annual targets tailored to your role, with regular reviews conducted by the Head of Sales. The Individual In order to be shortlisted you must demonstrate on CV that you have a minimum of 5 GCSES (grades a-c) or equivalent (including Maths and English). It is essential that you have a minimum of 5 years sales experience and proven track record of annual sales margins and targets being met. You must also be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. It would be highly desirable that candidates have sales experience within Commercial insurance market and/or to the construction industry. The role requires the individual to have excellent oral and written communication skills. Full drivers licence is essential. Hours of work are Monday Friday 9am 5pm (flexibility required).
