About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong HR generalist experience alongside excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Candidate Requirements
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or above) with strong HR generalist experience
* Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation, HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
* Experience using HRMS/HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records
* Confident building relationships and advising managers and senior stakeholders on HR matters
* Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with managers and leadership teams to support day-to-day HR operations and provide expert HR advice
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, graduate/apprenticeship programmes, and employee lifecycle activities
* Maintain HRIS systems, employee records, HR reporting, and people data analysis
* Support employee relations matters, absence management, occupational health, and performance review processes
* Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, training, and people initiatives
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and people-focused workplace culture across the business
