Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 4:00pm (25 hours per week)

From Me To You – The Art of Survival is a registered charity dedicated to improving health outcomes and reducing inequalities for Black and marginalised communities. We deliver culturally sensitive cancer awareness, screening education, and advocacy across London.
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Support to help keep our charity running smoothly. You will provide day-to-day admin support to our team, ensuring that our projects and services are well-coordinated and efficiently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Answering phone calls, emails, and handling general enquiries
Scheduling and confirming meetings, training sessions, and events
Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems
Preparing documents, reports, and promotional materials
Supporting monitoring and evaluation by compiling feedback and data
Liaising with partners, volunteers, and community members
Ordering supplies and managing small office tasks
Skills and Experience
Previous administrative or office support experience (preferred but not essential)
Good organisational and time management skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Good written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and able to work independently
