Casualty EL/PL experience continues to be a highly sought after area of law with many of our top national and international clients looking to recruit fee earners with either claimant or defendant experience. There are a number of opportunities in the Manchester market at the moment. * Previous experience: Casualty EL/PL from either a claimant or defendant background.
What to expect from the role
The successful candidates will:
* Carry their own caseloads of delegated or non-delegated work depending on your level of experience;
* Expect a mix of fast track and multi track work;
* Work alongside experienced fee earners who will assist, where necessary, in setting strategies and making liability decisions;
* Develop your technical knowledge alongside this experienced lawyer, gradually taking more and more responsibility as you grow in confidence.
A role tailored to your level of experience
The Casualty team is looking to recruit a number of fee earners at various levels.
Depending on your experience, you will handle a caseload of either delegated authority fixed fee cases or more complex non-delegated work on behalf of major insurance clients.
Developing your career pathway
