If you are passionate about food, drinks and coffee whilst serving customers in a hospitality setting, then this could be the position for you.
The successful candidate will:
* Be enthusiastic, confident and have excellent customer service skills
* Expect to be consistently busy throughout their shift
* Have barista experience
* Have experience working in high volume hospitality establishments
* Love to work as part of a team
* Demonstrate high standards of food hygiene
* Have a basic understanding of health and safety
* Have a flexible approach to working hours
* Be required at times to be flexible across departments
Duties will include;
* Being confident and positive in your interactions with customers at all times
* Being big on relationship building with customers to encourage repeat visits
* Maintaining The Garden Kitchen to showcase it in it's very best light, always
* Promoting a safe environment for you, your team and customers, we have safety guidelines to support you.
* Serving great coffee, drinks, and delicious food made to The Garden Kitchen's high standards
* Ensuring you follow The Garden Kitchen's Steps of Service at all times, to deliver the highest standard of customer service to all
