The successful candidate will be an important member of a Value Stream leadership team in the UK, based in Wolverhampton and with frequent travel to an international customer base across Europe and the US. Responsibilities: - Lead quarterly business reviews with key customers, ensuring delivery of programme outcomes, risks, and opportunities - Own programme P&L, oversee multiple vendors, and support contract negotiations and compliance - Drive governance and performance excellence across programmes, ensuring delivery to the highest standards - Identify issues and implement solutions, including resource allocation and coordinated customer responses - Champion continuous improvement and best practice across each value stream - Contribute to strategic planning and mid-term business goals, supporting business development activities - Build and lead a high-performing, accountable team while fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders But what else?
