We're looking for a proactive
Production Support Specialist
to help keep our production lines running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for resolving issues quickly, keeping schedules on track, and making sure standards of safety and quality are maintained.
What you'll do:
* Diagnose and resolve production line issues to minimise downtime
* Carry out quick fixes or escalate more complex problems to engineering
* Coordinate with Production Control, Quality Control, and Engineering teams
* Manage stock, parts, and tooling so everything is available when needed
* Support improvement projects by identifying recurring issues and helping implement solutions
What we're looking for:
* Hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Confidence working with production systems (SAP experience is a plus)
* A collaborative approach — able to work with multiple teams under pressure
* Knowledge of production processes and tooling (advantageous but not essential)
